Beberapa minggu ni, rasa nak baking je..mybe sebab tengok Masterchef All Stars Malaysia kot.. Suka tengok Su Wincci and Brian making good dessert... Walaupon i love Zamir very much, but about cooking, i do love dessert more.
Well last week i made a moist and great taste of Butter Cake. I think the recipe i got from AzieKitchen was very easy and tasty.
And today, first thing in the morning, im just thinking about apple crumble... All ingredients are ready in my kitchen. And i also have dried cranberries and dried apricot so i just feel that i want to mix them together with my Granny Smith green apples to my crumbles.
So.. Let's go for the recipe

MOIST BUTTER CAKE RECIPE/ KEK MENTEGA LEMBAP

250GM SELF RAISING FLOUR/ TEPUNG NAIK SENDIRI- SIEVE/ DIAYAK
250GM SALTED BUTER/ MENTEGA BERGARAM
180GM CASTOR SUGAR /GULA KASTOR
4 GRADE A EGGS/GRED A TELUR
1/2 CUPS UHT MILK/ SUSU UHT- FRESH OR FULL CREAM/
STEPS
1. Butter and sugar into mixer and mixed together until fluffy
-mentega dan gula di campurkan dalam mixer dan kacau hingga kembang
2. Then and 1 by 1 egg alternate with flour
- masukkan telur 1 per 1 di selang seli kan dengan tepung
3. Finally add the milk...mix well... Done.. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degree baking mode
- akhir sekali masukkan susu. Sehingga sebati. Bakar selama 40 minit pada 180 darjah selsius..
Tips
1. Good flavour of BUTTER CAKE depends on the butter. I suggest to use pure butter like Anchor brand. If we use Buttercup,afraid that the result will come out a bit oily because Buttercup is not pure butter but it is mix of palm oil. Its consider a margerin.
- penggunaan metega yang betul memberikan rasa yang sedap pada BUTTER CAKE. Penggunan jenama Anchor adalah digalakkan kerana ia adalah mentega asli. Jika kita menggunakan Buttercup, hasil yang diperoleh adalh kek yang sedikit berminyak. Buttercup, ianya adalah campuran minyak sawit yang  dikatakan menyerupai marjerin.
2. Make sure the butter and sugar beat until fluffy. It will turn the colour to almost white when it fluffy. If the butter mix too long it going to melted. So to recover it place the mix into refragerator about 10 to 15 minutes and mix again about 10 second then continue mix with egg and flour.
- Pastikan mentega dan gula dipukul hingga kembang. Ia akan bertukar warna kepada putih bila dah kembang. Jika campuran mentega ini terlebih masa dipukul, ia akan mencair, jadi untuk mengembalikan tekstur asal, sejukkan ia di dalam peti sejuk selama 10 hingga 15 minit. Kemudian pukul dalam 10 saat dan teruskan langkah yang setrusnya.
3. Spread the butter over the baking pan.

- membuat kek- perlu ayak tepung.
6. Making marble butter cake- divided the mixed butter cake into 2. Put the cocoa powder or essense into 1 side. Mix together in baking pan.
Untuk membuat kek mentega marble- bahagikan campuran kek mentega kepada 2. Campurkan serbuk koko atau esens koko pda 1 bahagian. Campurkan bersama dalam loyang pembakar.
